Do you drink your matcha with ice? 🍵

I do love cold drinks, but I don’t like how ice can water down my matcha, so whenever I want to enjoy the full richness of my matcha (which is 90% of the time 😂), I make mine with super cold milk or water (for usucha) instead

I’ve received a lot of messages asking about my matcha cart setup, so I finally put together a full cost breakdown for y’all.

I chose these items because they fit my aesthetic and were a great option for someone who didn’t want to DIY everything.

I previously ordered a custom stand from a local woodworker. It did the job, but it wasn’t very compact or easy to transport. My current setup is much more practical for pop-ups and events while still looking clean and cute 🫶🏽 by @emeryscorner

Saijoen opens bulk orders twice a year, but this time everything sold out earlier than usual. I was able to secure some Chawa - their most affordable option, yet still a great fit for our customers this season. It’s my personal favorite for everyday use, and I also use it at my pop-ups

Saijoen is known for matcha with a floral note and a tea-like taste. In addition to Chawa, Juko no Shiro and Myogetsu will also be arriving soon in limited quantities ✌🏼 by @emeryscorner
