Matcha from 🇯🇵 to 🇺🇸
📍Dallas 🇺🇸

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

TX is finally getting to the low 70 degrees, and it feels more like Fall🍁🍂.
The last time I had this matcha was 2 years ago and it was sold out so quickly. I’m so glad @emeryscorner has it this year, thank you for bringing Fall to us 🍵🍂
So delicious as an usucha, the packaging is 😚🤌🏼

Back again with another matcha powder that I bought from @emeryscorner ! 💚

This time I'm making a classic oatmilk iced matcha latte with the Saijoen Chawa matcha from @emeryscorner !

I felt it was a smooth, medium bodied matcha powder with subtle floral & grassy notes. I did not experience any grainy or chalkiness from this matcha, even without sifting it! It made for a nice everyday matcha if you enjoy the taste of matcha, but more mild, & not bold or astringent. 🍵

Making a Matcha latte with a Pandan cream top using the Ishimoto-Wazui matcha powder from @emeryscorner!

It's a lighter matcha with a nice bitterness and astringency. It paired nicely with my homemade pandan cold foam, and oatmilk for a smooth, creamy finish. 🍵

Matcha Madness Episode 1 🍵 Tried @emeryscorner at their @bishoparts pop-up and this is the best matcha I’ve personally had in Dallas so far.

All of their matcha is sourced directly from Japan, and the flavor honestly reminded me of the matcha tastings I experienced in Japan. Smooth, vibrant, not bitter.

They’re a female-owned SAHM business based in Grand Prairie, and you can order tins to make your own at home or schedule local pick-up.

If you love matcha in Dallas, this one sets the standard.

Where should I try next?
