Made it!!!! Made it to 90 days sober!! 3 months with no alcohol!!! What a wild ride but I wouldn’t trade it for anything!!! The look I see on my nephews face is what matters!! He’s proud of me! I look and feel so much better!

Hi my name is Emily and I am an alcoholic.
Today I celebrate 30 days sober.
I am FEELing amazing and more confident
I am starting to LOOK amazing
I am on my way to being MENTALLY stable
I have started in depth trauma therapy to deal with past childhood and adult trauma.
I have already released so much past traumatic experiences which is why I was drinking so much in the first place.
My mental health is getting stable and under control.
My relationship with my family is on the mend.
My relationship with my self is on the mend.
I in no way shape or form think that I am better than anyone else. I do not wish ill will or harm to anyone in my past or present regardless on how they have treated me. I don’t post for validation or applause. If I can help one person in anyway with my story that will be enough for me🖤

If you are suffering you are not alone.
Please reach out.
It does not mean you are weak.
It means you have the strength to get through it.
I am always here to listen.
My space will always be a safe space🙏🏽

Here’s to the next 30🫶🏼
