I discovered today three days at Elements is cheaper then a year of therapy with a psychologist.
Still on a festival thrill about being around beautiful souls and smiles. First year with a flag totem and found the crew multiple times great idea. Ppl are complaining online about the weekend while I think I’m just built different and learned to ignore and live in the present. (And can handle a storm while being outside).😂❤️

Congratulations on 30 days of sobriety to @emily.e.payne 🎉 (She’s on 43 days now! 🤩)

“Hi my name is Emily and I am an alcoholic.
Today I celebrate 30 days sober.
I am FEELing amazing and more confident
I am starting to LOOK amazing
I am on my way to being MENTALLY stable
I have started in depth trauma therapy to deal with past childhood and adult trauma.
I have already released so much past traumatic experiences which is why I was drinking so much in the first place.
My mental health is getting stable and under control.
My relationship with my family is on the mend.
My relationship with my self is on the mend.
I in no way shape or form think that I am better than anyone else. I do not wish ill will or harm to anyone in my past or present regardless on how they have treated me. I don’t post for validation or applause. If I can help one person in anyway with my story that will be enough for me🖤

If you are suffering you are not alone.
Please reach out.
It does not mean you are weak.
It means you have the strength to get through it.
I am always here to listen.
My space will always be a safe space🙏🏽

🎂I was lucky to meet Emily because of her lovely sister that I adore (besties) who does Dreads.

🦁@lionlocksdreadstudio sister love all around but one thing I admire about Emily is she started doing massage after me working 8 years at a spa, and this gorgeous goddess owned her own business after working for a spa for 3 months if you want to talk about a go- getter and entrepreneur, like 😲 👏.

🔥 I’ve really looked up to her as an influence in starting my own business, and I definitely have her energy and motivation to thank for helping push me toward doing it on my own. 👸 Thank you for being unapologetically you and so much more.

Fun fact: I didn’t like cupping therapy at first after learning about it because it hurt for me in the beginning, but the way Emily did it helped me get past that REAL QUICK 😂 I was such a baby at first, but the fast relief (and sometimes the marks) made it worth it!Taurus season baby ♉️ I completely enjoy her soul and massage experience!
