if you see me limping for the next 5-7 business days, no you didn’t.

chicago marathon you were everything i hoped for (even with a little too much sunshine). proud of my training, proud of my race, and proud of a nearly 9-minute marathon PR (!!!!!).

shout out to my atl run fam @runnersatlanta for the motivation every week, @gotrchicago for the opportunity to raise money for a great cause, every donor who helped me get to the start line, and @ktinaharris for staying by my side through every training and race related crash out 🤪

ten years later 🍑🌳

in 2016, i ran my very first 10k at the peachtree road race. today i continued my favorite 4th of july tradition surrounded by the amazing @runnersatlanta team! who knew a decade ago that i’d have the chance to lead a run club with adidas and my poster would be plastered on the wall of the expo?!

swipe to see baby emily 🤭 i’m just as proud of myself today as that day!

Did someone say Medal Monday?? 🏅🩷🌹

The @atlantatrackclub Women’s 4-miler is one of my favorite runs of the year. All my favorite corners of the Atlanta running community come together and show up in a BIG way for the girlies!!

Obviously, shout outs to the crews are required:
@runnersatlanta for being the core of my run fam (and always hosting the BEST cheer station)
@weststride for continually being a pillar of giving back to women in the running space
@girls.who.run.atl for being all around queens 👑
