back in 2019, i walked into my first spin class. not because i was on a fitness journey, but because i was 100% fueled by FOMO. my friends made plans to try out a class and i invited myself. by the time i was set up on a bike, i thought i made a huge mistake. but it was too late. i was clipped in. i was so scared. i didn’t belong. everyone was watching me. i wasn’t supposed to be there. i wasn’t going to be able to complete the workout. but i couldn’t leave… the lights went low, the music started blasting, and for the first time in my entire life, i found something that was louder than my anxiety. louder than the voice in my head telling me i couldn’t do it. and i was immediately hooked.it feels like i’ve just blinked since that moment. but here we are! so much growth has happened. a few months ago i took a big leap and had the opportunity to audition to be an instructor at @beherenow.seattle. and today, i join an amazing group of instructors as we celebrate completing our training together! my heart is full and i am so honored to be a part of this team!i can’t wait to share space and energy with this awesome community! i have a lot more growing to do, but i am so excited to do it here and with these strong, kind humans. everyBODY is welcome. you are supposed to be here. you are enough. and i can’t wait to lift you up and join you for YOUR ride! 🫶also… 6am or 6pm… we’re listening to some bass music baby! 💅free community rides coming up!5/22 @ 7:05am5/23 @ 6:05pm5/28 @ 6:05am by @emilybright

not sure if you’ve seen the news, but seattle has a new local celebrity: JIMOTHY!!! i’m teaching a jimothy theme ride this saturday at 10am so we can honor the cute and round shaped raccoon that lives in ballard. my feed has been full of cute jimothy content and i’m ready to bring the vibes to @beherenow.seattle (and our @sip.sprsso pop-up!)what does that mean? think… shorter songs, goofy mashups, and more! 🦝🦝🦝💖 by @emilybright

the rumors are true…the shrek ride is tonight!in classic #cleariskind intentions, theme rides (esp. the more *niche* ones 💚👀🤣) take extra effort, care, and vulnerability. when Emily said she had ☝🏼 saved unhinged shrek remix she thought would never see the speakers of the spin room, she was quickly nominated for the shrek task with enthusiasm. on a very special (unknown to her) anniversary no less 🤫your presence in this space is what makes this all a reality, waitlists work when you give generous time for people to take your spot, & we quite literally couldn’t do this without you here. so we will see you on a bike & let’s have some fun tonight?! 🫂❤️‍🔥🌱 #shrekislife #shrekislove #joyiswellness by @emilybright
