Now that Yandex troll farms have been destroyed by Ukraine, you’re seeing less - and will continue to see less - right wing content AND commentary in your social media feeds, within every platform. On 10/9 and 10/10, Ukraine bombed multiple Russian-owned Yandex facilities. Bot traffic has not only plummeted, it’s disappeared from certain places entirely. This was timed strategically to stall foreign influence in US midterm elections, in particular Russian interference. by @emilyburzynski

This is a real Texas sky, showing the first cool front of the season (video by Dad) settling over the life-rich hilly land that crawls out of the sparsely wooded coastal plains. Drive a half hour east and it’s all pine woods to Louisiana, thicker than the Black Forest.

Our farm is just a few miles from where my ancestor’s settled after leaving Poland. Today, a roadhouse stands where their home once was. From the Lindsay Clancy trial, to the Katherine McCollough revelations, I am glad we hear a dialogue happening about the men that are no help to the unhappy women who desperately turn to them for kindness and comfort. In so many cases, we see that a woman who is afraid that she will take her own life asks the wrong person for help - that wrong person is usually the boyfriend or the husband. It’s like you’re asking your own worst enemy to take the pain away.

In some cases, that enemy can even be your own father, a person who was partially responsible for keeping you alive. Whatever obstacles you face, your survival isn’t likely to be facilitated by the men nearest you - it’s likely to be threatened by it. by @emilyburzynski

From an abandoned mother who struggled to care for one child, to a married mother who struggled to care for twelve, both Dolly and Gloria were familiarized with the scam of motherhood by the strong women who raised them.

Only when we truly know our mothers, can we question if want to be an apparatus who produces worker bees for the system or spreads a man’s DNA for him. If you do not question your purpose in life, someone will choose a purpose for you.

This is a vintage 70s newspaper clipping, probably scanned in a library, which I saved on a hard drive over 16 years ago. It has become difficult to locate the original source, so it’s heavily backed up. But anyway, I’m having the graphic turned into a T-shirt. by @emilyburzynski
