The August market showed a slight pullback in both new listings and closed sales across these markets. While activity softened, the market continues to give buyers opportunities to be more intentional, while sellers need to remain strategic about pricing, preparation, and positioning.

As we transition into fall, the numbers continue to reinforce that this is a market where strategy matters. Buyers have opportunities to take their time and evaluate their options, while sellers who price correctly and present their homes well can better position themselves to attract serious buyers. The market is moving… just at a more measured pace. 🏡✨
