A year ago, our clients executed a lease for their operational space. Today, just 12 months later, they have successfully closed on their first Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) property — a major milestone that will serve as the foundation for their continued growth and long-term expansion.

Located at 3125 Ruffin St. in Charlotte, NC, this acquisition will anchor Skip Pro’s operations while also providing dedicated Industrial Outdoor Storage space for other businesses in need of secure and strategically located yard space.

As demand for IOS assets continues to rise nationwide, properties like this remain highly attractive to investors, owner-users, logistics operators, and contractors seeking functional industrial land with long-term upside. Limited supply and increasing industrial demand continue to position IOS as one of the most compelling sectors within commercial real estate today.

We are proud to have represented the buyers in this transaction and look forward to seeing the impact this asset will have on their business and the surrounding industrial market.

If you are an investor, operator, or business owner seeking Industrial Outdoor Storage opportunities in Charlotte or surrounding markets, let’s connect.

This Women’s History Month, I want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible women on our team at Heigh Capital Group.

I am truly proud to serve alongside some of the most talented, resilient, and inspiring women in this business. It is an honor to work with women who not only excel in their craft but also continue to break barriers in an industry — and a world — where their presence, leadership, and brilliance matter deeply.

As Black women in business, their strength, intelligence, and determination continue to open doors, shift narratives, and create opportunities for those who will follow. Their impact reaches far beyond transactions and deals — it’s about legacy, empowerment, and representation.

I’m grateful to stand beside you all. Thank you for the excellence you bring to Heigh Capital Group every day.

Dear AURÈ Family,

Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude as we reflect on the success of our Grand Opening.

What an unforgettable day! From the moment the doors opened to the final toast, every smile, kind word, and helping hand reminded us that this vision came to life through community, faith, and unwavering support.

To our families, friends, clients, & community near and far — your love, presence, and prayers carried us through every late night, every obstacle, and every milestone. Even when the path felt uncertain, your encouragement gave us strength to keep building.

To our vendors and sponsors — thank you for believing in the vision before it was fully formed. Your partnership, creativity, and generosity helped shape AURÈ into the experience we dreamed it to be.

To everyone who showed up, shared a post, sent a message, or simply celebrated from afar — thank you for being part of this moment. You helped make history for AURÈ Massage & Wellness Lab.

From the bottom of our heart, thank you for walking beside us on this journey. This is only the beginning — the best is yet to come.
