In John 10:10 Jesus declared “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it ABUNDANTLY.”

I’ve seen many, like myself struggle with mental overload, nutrient deficiencies, and struggle to find what they were made for. From specifically struggling with anxiety, stomach ulcers, and proper functionality as an athlete, I needed some HELP.

The journey of discovering the Truth of Who Jesus is enabled me to fully trust that He who designed us, knows what is best for us! I became a certified Personal Trainer & Integrative Health Coach and my journey of trial and error with whole foods, sleep & recovery, physical training, homemade meals & a passion to make nourishing food to fuel the body… has brought me to curate Live Abundant!
