What I eat in a day ✨

The only meals that shift and change are my lunches and dinners! I find that repeating meals (like my protein shake every morning) helps me stay on track with my protein goals while also taking some planning out of the equation.

I’m all about anything that gives me time back and allows me to not have to use my brain 😅

I pray I never forget the value of having community 🫂🕊️✨

to look back and recall those hard seasons of loneliness, and praying for godly friendships to NOW being surrounded by SO many amazing people is wild.

thank you lord for reminding Isaac and I again recently of how rich we are to have such beautiful people in our lives.

nothing compares to community that strengthens and builds us up. that perseveres with us through trials. that call us higher. that help sharpen our character. that point us to scripture. that speak life over us and pray without us knowing. that reflect Christ so beautifully. and that are simply just a joy to be around.

I’m so grateful for these relationships and for the people the Lord has divinely placed in my life.
