Usina Family • 2025

For our anniversary, we booked our wedding photographers, who have been there not only for our wedding but so many of our friends and family’s special days- @wojweddings we love you guys 🥹 This time we took family photos. Photos I’ll cherish for a long time, we wanted to capture this moment in time - when our kids are still so little and sweet and unpredictable and joyous. This little family that is everything, our crew of 4 that is so tight- a closeness I pray remains until my final days. When I look at the photo of just us, Stephen and I, I see people who have fought hard to keep showing up for each other, who both want so much more for their babies than they ever had, tired eyes but real smiles. Trips are wonderful, nice dinners are the bomb, pretty jewelry is a treat but these photos are truly the greatest gift. Capturing this teeny season for what it is, simple and sweet - so worth the chaos that was taking these pictures with our two gremlins. My family that heals me daily. Some closings are different.

This one was deeply personal.

Twenty years ago, my dear friend made this oceanfront condo her home. Our children grew up playing together on this beach, never imagining that one day I’d be the one helping her turn the page to a new chapter.

Every home has a story, and this one will always hold a special place in my heart. ❤️

As an Atlantic Beach Country Club member for more than 20 years, I know firsthand what makes this community so special. It’s more than beautiful homes—it’s neighbors, friendships, and a lifestyle that’s incredibly hard to put into words. One of the biggest gifts of buying here? Skipping the country club membership waitlist.

What I’ll remember most, though, wasn’t the marketing or even the sale.

After an agent’s second showing on a Saturday, I received a call from an out-of-town buyer hoping to see the home. They were so gracious, apologetic, and willing to work around whatever fit my schedule. By what looked like perfect timing—but what I know was God’s timing—I was already at the house.

They arrived just as the other showing was wrapping up.

From that moment on, everything seemed to fall into place. I had the privilege of writing the offer that was ultimately accepted.

Today, I’m incredibly grateful that I was able to represent both the sellers and the buyers. The sellers trusted me with a home they loved, and somewhere along the way they became dear friends. Now I’m genuinely going to miss having them nearby.

At the same time, I’m so excited for the wonderful family beginning their next chapter here. I truly believe the neighbors and the community gained something special.

Moments like this remind me why I love what I do. Real estate is never just about houses—it’s about people, relationships, and watching God weave together stories that none of us could have planned ourselves.

His timing is always right on time.
