We just smashed another race - this time a half marathon.

Official time 1:48:17, unreal first attempt from both of us.

@jkheaton_ got away from me at the end, picked up the paces haha - d***head 😅

It’s a real thing when they say founders often push themselves through suffering outside the business 👀

Taking this buzz into the next week, letss gooo! 🙌 by @emivences

Joining @runwayaccountants as a Co-Founder means more than just owning your business. It’s all down to the moments you get for you. Nobody else. You don’t report to anyone, your time is your own.

Big part of it too is being able to go out for lunch and spend a co working day with us. Enjoying the finer things, rather than sat at a desk all day.

You’ll be the best you by getting all your time back.

If you are an accountant out there who’s thinking they need a change and always pondered the idea of starting on their own, here’s your chance.

My first ever race, excuse the face I pulled…

Already booked in for 2027 for round 2

Glasgow in October for a 10K

Hackney Half May 2027

Are we obsessed? Yes.

What it’s taught me is that I’m nowhere near where I want to be in my fitness journey, but that’s the best part of it, it’s like a game, you collect new milestones along the way to level up

Tip for next time: smile 😅 by @emivences

Got a PB today on my first 10K race @thelondon10k

The mists zones kept me in check, not sure what I would have done without them 😅

Smashed my last 10K by 2 mins 47 secs

We started running back in November last year, wouldn’t turn back

This is why I love running, flexibility whenever to run, and fits in perfectly with pushing ourselves with our businesses

The people were incredible, everyone that raced today were amazing too, it’s sick to see how people are brought together through sport

Hooked myself up with another entry for 2027 🙌 let’s gooo. taken in London 10k by @emivences

Our quarterly meetings with the Co-founding team is everything.

Makes me feel like how we started, so many fresh ideas and seeing the progression of their business brings us so much excitement for them

Our model isn’t about elsewhere and it’s also not inventing anything new, but it certainly is changing the way things are done. by @emivences

Bringing the leadership team together in one place.

Building from years of hard graft to get to this point where we have a team of people who make the biggest impact in the accounting industry. What’s even better; it’s continuing to grow, we have numerous candidates wanting to join the same model at Runway. We have a lot of work to do but damn this feels sweet 🙏🏼 taken in Norwich, Norfolk by @emivences
