Join us for the TJAC Artist Workshop Series with dancer and movement artist @yuiugai This workshop is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and explore movement in a supportive and welcoming environment. Through conditioning and contemporary movement, we'll discover how greater body awareness can support creativity, everyday movement, and overall well-being. Whether you're an artist, a freelancer, someone who spends long hours at a desk, or simply looking for a new way to move, you're warmly welcome. No dance experience is required. ✨ Register through the link in our profile. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Since part of the workshop takes place on the floor, you're welcome to bring a yoga mat or towel for extra comfort if you'd like.(Optional) Just want to watch? Observation is also welcome. Japanese language support is available if needed. We hope you'll join us as we move, explore, and reconnect with our bodies together. TJAC Artist Workshop Series 。 #TJAC #YuiUgai #Japan #toronto #dance Yui Ugai is a dance artist and actress from Hiroshima, Japan, based in Toronto, Canada. Late Summer Memory ☀️ This summer, @kyo_chan_kyhi and I launched the @torontojapaneseartscommunity_ and had the joy of performing “On My Way” from VIOLET at our launch event at the Japanese Consulate. I hope this community will become a welcoming place where artists in Toronto can connect, support one another, and grow together.

Let’s talk about accents! 🎭 One of the biggest challenges for actors working in their second language. Our friend @mihyonvision is opening her Fringe show on this very topic this week. Let’s learn together and then head over to celebrate her opening night!

So glad I found @aaceinternational last week and joined this conference. What an amazing community of teachers! Thank you all for making me feel so welcome ❤️ 演技指導者の為のカンファレンス。
