I am so thankful that God has given me the opportunity to announce my verbal commitment to the University of Colorado! Thank you Coach Carlson and Coach Kate for giving me the chance to grow as a runner and person! Also thank you Coach Long and my family for getting me to this point! I truly would not be where I am today without the constant encouragement and support from my family!

Brooks PR 2026

A really BIG pinch me moment. I’ve always dreamed of running at this meet, so to be here is something I am so blessed to do! Got to toe the line with some incredibly talented girls, and developed so many new friendships along the way. Thank you @brooksrunning for an incredible weekend!

Running lane 2026! 9:58!

Walking away in shock but with a heart so full! So grateful for the memories, friendships, and fun I got to experience this weekend! The energy and excitement was unmatched!

Went into this race just trying to trust the Lord, not stress about the outcomes but truly just take this opportunity and have fun! Everything will unfold exactly how God intends it to: let go, and trust him. 🤍 taken in Huntsville, Alabama by @emma.running_

New Balance Nationals 2026
All American in the 5k, 3rd in the nation 🤍

Such a blessing to get the opportunity to run in this race, with all of these talented girls! God never calls us to be perfect, or to win the race but to trust in him throughout it all, and by doing that he will give us the endurance needed to run the race set before us. Hebrews 12:1-2

This weekend was one filled with so many memories and amazing moments! Thank you so much @newbalancerunning for all the support this weekend, and for hosting such an amazing event! taken in The TRACK at new balance by @emma.running_

All American at Brook cross country Nationals!!!

After this weekend I was reminded God is always working in my life, even when things don't go as planned. Every experience, whether it's a success or a setback, is an opportunity for growth and preparation for what's next.

This past week was challenging, as I battled illness leading up to the race. Despite that, I gave it everything I had on the day and trusted God to give me the strength to finish. I'm proud of what I have accomplished, but I know I'm capable of more when I'm healthy.

Thanks to @brooksrunning and @soundrunning for making the past weekend so much fun! I am forever grateful for the memories, friendships, and lessons learned.

I've officially wrapped up my high school cross country career! Now it's time to hit the track! 🤍🤍

Nike cross nationals 2025!

Finished on empty for 5th place in the nation!! Happy, surprised, tired, grateful, and covered in mud!

Never thought I would be in this position, before the race my goal was All American. But Gods plan was better! It always is! Thank you so much @nike for the opportunity, and for all you did for these athletes this weekend! It’s an incredible experience to toe the line with the best of the best!! Thank you to everyone who cheered me on this weekend would not be here without you!!!!

📣 Shout-out to the Midwest 🌨️

These 20 athletes fought their way to top ten finishes at the Brooks XC Midwest Championships. As a result, they'll advance to the Brooks XC National Championships in San Diego on December 13.

We'll see you there 🌞

“If my days tell a story let be of you only, everything for the honor of your name. My whole life for your glory. My whole world for you only. “

2025 state champ! And 2025 team state runner up! Nothing that I have done has gotten me to this point, God timing, Gods strength, and God faithfulness is the reason I am here! All the glory to him for another State title! Words will never express how grateful I am for these girls! This season has been one for the books and without them by my side everyday it would not have looked like this!

Can’t believe my time with OXC is over! But forever grateful for the laughs, the tears, the lesson, and the memories I can take with me as I move forward!
