Taking a moment for this harp rendition of No Food No Man No Water. This is one my favorite songs I’ve ever written and it was a joy being accompanied beautifully by @sophiashedd.harpist 🙏🏿

I’m a woman who’s glad she didn’t give up.

Because had I given up maybe I never would’ve been on The Tonight Show and had that once in a lifetime experience that I couldn’t have seen coming. We have to keep going toward what we want in life because there’s truly no predicting what good can happen at any moment.

Big thanks to @igotmyguitar for collaborating with me on this as well as @jcsjason for mixing and @mosesmastering for mastering 🙏🏿

Keep Going is available wherever music is streamed!! For anyone who’s considered quitting may this tune give you some encouragement to stay the course. It has for me 🫶🏿

Look Ma I made it on The Tonight Show!!

Thank you @fallontonight for having me on your Battle of The Instant Songwriters segment! Writing songs is my favorite thing to do and doing just that on such an iconic show was truly mind blowing! Never in my life would I think I’d write a song about a 12 foot skeleton not fitting in my car but life’s wild sometimes lollll - you can watch the full segment at the link in my bio!

Next up: Keep Going out on October 7th

Grateful to collaborate with my friend @igotmyguitar on this one. Sometimes as an artist, you need to need dig deep to find the encouragement and motivation to keep pursuing your dreams. To keep going after the thing you want regardless of the rejection, setbacks, the state of the world, etc. It can all be heavy and it slows me down but I persist. This is for anyone who’s considered giving up but didn’t and I can’t wait to share it with you all next week.

At the end of the night it’s a new day dawning
It’s a blessing just to make it to the morning
Don’t you dare stop dreaming
It’s only a season

Sharing this for whoever needs to hear it (including myself bc sometimes I need the reminder) 🙏🏿

Artists of New York
Ep. 4 featuring @chanese

What is it like being an artist in 2026? We have to wear so many hats (booker, social media manager, promoter, writer, performer, etc.) not to mention staying as well/healthy/whole as we can when the world is what it is. Being an artist can be a lot but when you make something that touches and speaks to another person, it makes it all worth it.
