What changes when you listen to your body?

Yoga is basically a conversation with your body, between breath and movement.

How does this feel today?
What’s changed?
What is my body telling me?

Learning to teach yoga has me thinking a lot about facilitation too: create the conditions, offer the invitation, then leave space for people to find their own answer.

Turns out listening is listening, whether it’s to a body, a room, or a conversation. 😁
