I saw a woman speak on someone else’s stage in July and immediately thought:

I NEED her on mine.

She was talking about the

Conditioning,
Comparison and
Other people’s blueprints

That can drown out your own voice.

I thought to myself.
This is SO She Speaks.

She Speaks is for ambitious women who know they have something worth saying

And are ready to become more visible and create real opportunities from their voice.

So @iamlucyshrimpton and I sat down to shape how her idea would land on this stage.

We tweaked the concept and message

Introducing the She Speaks PANEL that will be discussing What Speaking Made Possible

I wanted the women at She Speaks to see exactly what was possible when you use your voice and hear from women who have made it happen.

She Speaks is an in person event for female founders who want to use speaking to double their income in their business on stage and online.

One line in a talk on stage earlier this year made me hire my current coach.

She was talking about high ticket clients and said:

High ticket, whatever that looks like for you.

Such a simple sentence.

I’d already signed high-ticket clients through speaking before I met her

So it wasn’t the idea of selling from a stage that was new to me.

What Serena is a MASTER at is messaging and positioning.

Last year I spent a lot of time in spaces with amazing mentors, but I’d reached a point where I needed to come back to MY voice.

That one sentence made me think differently.

After that event, I hired Serena as my 1:1 coach.

In July these 4 women joined the magnetic speaker to create a 10 min talk, now they are taking to the stage to deliver it in just over 2 weeks.

I've worked in speaking and communication for the last 12 years. Dont let this baby face fool you, Im older than I look ;)

Firstly as an NHS Speech and Language Therapist helping people recover from stroke and brain injuries to speak again

Now I use combine that clinical background of communication science with practical speaking strategies to help female leaders find their voice, get speaking opportunities and turn them into clients and income.
