Signed by @nike 🖊️✨✔️

Less than two years ago, I didn’t run at all. And if I’m honest, I was at a stage in my life where - despite the smiles - I was deeply unhappy.

Running has been so much more than just movement. It’s brought me friendships, taught me discipline and given me the confidence to do hard things, both on and off the road. Most of all, it’s brought me peace.

This isn’t just about running - it’s a reminder that starting small can change your whole life. If my story inspires even one person to start their running journey today, it’s worth it. You never know what might happen when you take that first step.

Thank you, running. Thank you, Nike. Let’s go. 🖤
