Take a listen to my 2 newest videos! These were taken at The 2026 Cincinnati Invitationals. This was my first spring break as the new Men’s 1V coxswain and I am so ready to improve and drive these boats to new PR’s! by @emmas.rowing

First Post! I wanted to post something to commemorate this amazing Fall season. I ended it with some medals, smiles, and a faster squad. This season has been a rollercoaster. Learning the importance of mindset, focusing back on loving rowing, not winning, has truly shifted my growth trajectory and helped me grow exponentially. I cannot thank my Coaches enough for talking through the “whys” of this sport. Changing roles and stepping into a new position of leadership and becoming the example for younger coxswains is so amazing. Seeing my boats go out and drop split PR’s everytime I’m with them is such a rewarding feeling. I’m going to keep leading my team this winter and we will come at spring with full force. taken in Alum Creek Lake by @emmas.rowing
