We have concerns about the minimal access to support that helps adults with level 1 autism, ADHD, schizophrenia, and personality disorders, etc. build a viable sense of community. Higher-functioning individuals are chronically under-supported on a system-wide level, and so many of us are trying to connect. If you have peers, clients, or family who suffer from isolation in their neurodivergence, let’s bring support their way.

I bring a trauma-informed, narrative therapy for everyone at all levels. I’ve been exploring how the narratives we’ve held since childhood have shaped our lived experience. This may also include how we are experiencing the world right now, in a time where conflict is rampant. Neurodivergence is welcomed, finding strengths and growth points others may not recognize. It’s my understanding that we maintain a set of beliefs (often unconscious) by which we should live our lives. When we stray from these ideals, we may encounter cognitive dissonance — this can come out in various ways and be generally unhelpful to our growth (a.k.a., maladaptive, dysfunctional).

Mental health MATTERS! And there is a therapist for all of us. I don’t know who isn’t anxious in this world we live in now. There is A LOT on your plate and on so many levels and layers… - therefore we can all use an outlet in a safe space to feel more balanced and regulated. Now that I only work in private practice, things are a ton more peaceful sprinkled with some loneliness so I was happy to bother one of our associates at PFC while we had the time 😛 You don’t need to hear our therapy banter but you can just meet this ray of sunshine who is Haley!!
