She’s outdone herself AGAIN! We are so proud of Victoria as she shares her passion and talent with our PFC community! Special thanks to the Amen Clinic hosting and allowing us to invade their space! Be sure to RSVP for November

According to Dr. Amen, “it should be World Brain Health Day!”- and we agree! What a wonderful way to celebrate and highlight the importance of brain and body health, hosted by Premier Family Counseling, and sponsored/made possible by the Amen Clinics OC! We hope to hold more of these events so stay tuned!

Mental health MATTERS! And there is a therapist for all of us. I don’t know who isn’t anxious in this world we live in now. There is A LOT on your plate and on so many levels and layers… - therefore we can all use an outlet in a safe space to feel more balanced and regulated. Now that I only work in private practice, things are a ton more peaceful sprinkled with some loneliness so I was happy to bother one of our associates at PFC while we had the time 😛 You don’t need to hear our therapy banter but you can just meet this ray of sunshine who is Haley!!
