Starting the 2026-2027 school year off in Old Odonase, Ghana by distributing sanitary pads & girl talk!! We’re so excited that we’re well into our 3rd year of the Every Woman Project 🤍 sharing some updates in the carousel! @makeyourmarkinafrica x @empathyfx by @empathyfx

A moment we’ve been working toward all fall 💧

After months of behind-the-scenes planning and coordination, we officially kicked off our 2026 Grant Recipient Project today with the installation of a borehole for clean water at our new teacher bungalows.

This is the largest grant awarded to us to date, and we’re incredibly proud of what this first step represents.

More to come ❤️🥰 @empathyfx @emmaroseehayes @gnanaf @rosedearagon by @empathyfx

by just donating 20$, women in Ghana can have access to sanitary health. It’s time to be the change! #donate #love #ghana #women by @empathyfx

Just received this video from our teacher in Odubi at our new technology center! Amazing to see our students learning how to type on laptops, thank you to everyone who has contributed. by @empathyfx

We made the national news in Ghana! So honored to receive media coverage on the unveiling of our new ICT center in Odubi.

We are also so glad to see Juliet Ohemeng-Ntiamoah, Ph.D., P.E. receive the recognition in partnership with the work that our volunteers have undertaken.

A great summary and footage of our work is shown in this video! by @empathyfx

The JOY of learning new technology! 💻 Sharing photos from our “train the trainer” session, where our Empathy FX volunteers taught teachers in the school district about how to use the laptops, how to code, and how to teach their students. It was a fun engaging session, as you can see! 🥳 by @empathyfx

On Aug 5 2024, the Odubi community’s chief and elders organized an unveiling ceremony with traditional dancing, performances, and speeches. We especially celebrated Dr. Juliet Ntiamoah, PhD, who was the first to get connected with our Empathy FX founder on LinkedIn to start this project in her hometown of Odubi. 🫶

The new plaque reads: 🔍

Completed our mid-year report for the grant project that included the first distribution of sanitary pads in January. Headmaster Emmanuel shared that there has been a positive impact since the “Every Woman” initiative began. The female students no longer are missing school due to their menstruation. The school attendance has been higher in recent months. Prior to our distribution of sanitary pads, Emmanuel shared that the female students were missing more school than the male students. Emmanuel said that now there are less absences among the female students and more absences among the male students. So proud of the girls in Old Odonase!! 💕☺️ by @empathyfx

Always a happy day when @empathyfx visits Old Odonase! Thank you Nana Aggrey Fynn and Hannah Baffoe for visiting the village as well as Headmaster Emmanuel and the amazing teachers for their hard work 📚 ✏️ by @empathyfx
