meet THE BUILD, your newest distance running journal 🤍

there was a time when i had already decided i wasn’t good enough. every bad race felt like proof. every setback felt permanent. then i started writing in my little green “Stay Golden” notebook. page by page, i rebuilt my confidence before i rebuilt my performances. i stopped counting myself out and started believing in what was possible.

THE BUILD is the journal i wish i had from the beginning, a place to fight the mental battles, chase impossible goals, and remember that the best parts of your story are written long before race day.

ORDER AT THE LINK IN MY BIO!!

tag someone who should get this journal or your favorite race memory for a chance at a free PR package 📦🤍
