Day 1. The war for drugs.

Iceland dispenses 32.5 defined daily doses of strong opioids per 1,000 adults every day. The Nordic average is 17. Roughly a third of the country is prescribed an opioid in any given year the highest rate in the region, in one of the healthiest, wealthiest nations on earth.

Behind that number: absenteeism, lost jobs, families under strain. And we've quietly decided that's acceptable, while plant medicine stays restricted and patients stay without options.

Is that humane?

Choice is not a fringe demand. It's the baseline of good medicine.

Einladung zum Kennenlern-Call von EmpowHer Cannabis Society e.V.

Wir laden herzlich alle weiblichen Gründerinnen sowie Frauen, die in deutschen Cannabis Clubs aktiv oder involviert sind, zu einem ersten Kennenlern-Call der EmpowHer Cannabis Society e.V. ein.

EmpowHer ist eine internationale Plattform und ein in Deutschland eingetragener Verein, in dem sich Einzelpersonen, Unternehmen und Organisationen zusammenschließen, um Frauen in der Cannabisbranche zu unterstützen, zu fördern und zu stärken. Durch Bildung, Interessenvertretung und Zusammenarbeit schaffen wir Wachstum und mehr Gleichberechtigung und wollen so, gemeinsam die Zukunft einer globalen Cannabisbranche gestalten.

Der Kennenlern-Call findet am 24.09.2026 um 19:00 Uhr statt und wird auf Deutsch abgehalten.

Geleitet wird der Call von Olivia Ewenike, LL.M. (Compliance). Sie ist Rechtsanwältin für Cannabisrecht in Deutschland und betreut eine Vielzahl von Cannabis Clubs. Darüber hinaus ist sie Cannabis-Aktivistin und Sprecherin und setzt sich engagiert für mehr Diversität in der Cannabiswirtschaft ein.

Ziel des Treffens ist ein erstes Kennenlernen, Austauschen und Beschnuppern in offener und entspannter Runde. Es soll darum gehen, die deutsche Cannabis-Club-Branche auch für weibliche Akteurinnen weiter zu öffnen, indem wir uns vernetzen und unsere Erfahrungen austauschen.

Der Call ist kostenlos und offen für alle weiblich gelesenen Interessierten. Eine Mitgliedschaft bei dem EmpowHer Cannabis Society e.V. ist nicht erforderlich.
