Meet Me in 5s ⭐️

A bit late to this, and new to Bookstagram, but I thought I’d give it a try. This was so much harder to do than I thought it would be! Let me know if we share any of the same favourites! 💜

I’m a little bit late but … I’m caving in and committing to a full ACOTAR reread before starting Acosh! I really want to enjoy the new book, and I’ve realised I can barely remember much from the series 🫣

This series was the one which got me back into reading a couple of years ago so I have a massive soft spot for it!

I have sprinted through acotar 1 since it is undoubtedly my least favourite. Not a Tamlin fan at all. But I can’t wait to delve into A Court of Mist and Fury 🥰✨

D.O.B of the day ✨

I have always loved seeing these posts and videos of everyone showing their drinks, outfits and books of the day!!

This weekend, hoping to take a little break from fantasy to read a cosy mystery - it is Halloween weekend after all! Hopefully this will be a fun easy read 🩷

My drink of the day is a Pepsi max in my favourite cup 🤎

One of my favourite bookish traditions I’ve started recently, is letting myself by a book on each trip I take, be it small or big!

I have only really started this in the last just under 2 years but I am loving it so far.

Now whenever I read or think about these books, I associate them with the trip 💜✨

Happy A Court of Splintered Harmony Release Day To All Who Celebrate! ✨

I am so excited to delve back into this world again. Acotar is the book which got me into reading a lot more and as a result will always be so high up on my list. 🩷

I am a little bit regretting not doing a full reread now but happy I tackled Crescent City and finished it in time ✨

In honour of today, I will just leave this here. The note my friend left in her copy of A Court of Wings and Ruin I was borrowing to read for the first time…..

I was still not prepared ✨

Some of the books I wish I could read again for the very first time 🤎

Of course Kingdom of Ash and A Court of Mist and Fury are on the list! As well as The Song of Achilles, my favourite Emily Henry book and When the Moon Hatched, maybe my favourite slow burn and world building of all time ✨

My week in the life, trying to fit as much reading in as I can to finish a good few of my tbr before the end of the year 🤎✨

New nail day! In love with this spooky season set 🤎🔮

Started the first 10 pages of The Raven Scholar! The plan is to try annotate this one, but I would like to try finish House of Flame and Shadow first before making too big of a dent in this 📚🤎

Coffee dates of course! Not pictured is my boyfriends coffee because I wanted to get my kindle in 🫣

And any good week in my life includes baking! I made a dark chocolate chip banana bread, and if I do say so myself it was pretty damn good. Made this with a side of booktube 🥰🤎 by @emsdigitalreadingjournal

My Last Now Next 💜✨

Only one week to go until A Court of Splintered Harmony and I’m so excited but also a little nervous?

I have one week to finish House of Flame and Shadow, then I might escape with a little cosy mystery in between before starting ACOSH. And I’m also trying to pick up The Raven Scholar too. Only 15 pages or so in so far!

What’s your last, current and next reads? ✨

What’s In My Bag 👜🌸

I love this trend sm, I used to binge watch Vogues what’s in my bag videos on YouTube alll the time. I made this whilst packing my bag and ended up forgetting half the stuff I usually put in there! Not pictured is my honorary lipstick, Vaseline and lipgloss trio which follow me everywhere ✨

🌼 Finish Reading House of Sky and Breath With Me

I am a girl on a mission, I must finish Crescent City by October 27th so return to Acotar! 2 down, just 1 more to go ✨

I have been absolutely loving seeing so many of us just having a SJM October ahead of A Court of Splintered Harmony 🤎

How is everyone else getting on with their reads/rereads?

Rating Emily Henry Books ✨

Books that feel like a warm hug and give the same feeling as watching a rom com 🥰

Beach Read made me fall in love with reading romance. I also just love books about books and main characters who love to read and/or write! ✨

Book lovers is also amazing! I think I compared it too closely to Beach Read when I read it the first time, but on a reread it worked itself up to a five stars ⭐️☺️

Oh Poppy you will always be famous, forever our girl 🌸

Emily Henry meets Taylor Jenkins Reid and I was obsessed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I listened to this one as an audio book which is impressive because I can never seem to stick to an audio book. I can’t remember too much but I know I really enjoyed listening to it ☺️

Still to read but I’ve seen so many good things about it!! by @emsdigitalreadingjournal
