Next month I’m hosting the first *virtual* MAIDEN FUNERAL in partnership with @alizakelly ‘s Constellation Club!! You must be a member to sign up, but as one myself, I assure you, it’s worth the minimal entry fee. Her moon circles are a highlight of my month. I created this event one year ago and am so proud of what it’s become. I hope you’ll join us 🪩 by @emshesh

Child-free and free as a bird. Some pre-baby moments of exuberance to announce MAIDEN FUNERAL, an event I am *so* excited to be hosting. I almost named it When the Maiden Becomes the Quiet Old Lady Whispering Hush, but confronting loss and grief is metal as fuck and a goal of mine is to celebrate the softness/strength paradox that is implicit to this job. We are not (only) bunnies in rocking chairs. (registration link in bio 🧡💜) by @emshesh

Montego Bay, August 2022. We drove to the airport without a destination and got on the next flight with 4 tickets available. A bucket list dream of my dad’s, for his 65th birthday. This could have only happened with all four of us at this exact moment in time and it was everything. by @emshesh
