Back from Greece and my skin was definitely showing it. 😂 Dehydrated, tired and in serious need of a little love.

So naturally, I went straight to my girl Erika at @emskinstudiola 🤍

We did a Hydrafacial + microcurrent and the difference was immediate. My skin felt hydrated again, everything looked lifted and snatched, and I finally felt like myself again.

I only wish I had taken a proper before photo because the difference was THAT good.

Erika always knows exactly what my skin needs — one of my favorite little South Bay resets. ✨

Sometimes the best thing we can do for ourselves is simply slow down. ✨

I recently experienced a Sound Healing Nervous System Reset with Lauren at EM Skin Studio in Hermosa Beach, and it was such a beautiful reminder that caring for ourselves goes so much deeper than what we see on the surface.

Through intentional breathing, guided meditation and the vibrations of sound bowls and other instruments, the experience is designed to calm the mind and body, deepen relaxation and create space to simply be.

And because chronic stress can show up everywhere, including in our skin! Supporting relaxation and nervous-system regulation can be a beautiful complement to our overall wellness and self-care rituals.

One of my best-kept South Bay beauty secrets 🤫✨

@emskinstudiola in Hermosa has become my absolute favorite place for a facial because they don’t just have you pick something off a menu and hope for the best. They evaluate your skin when you get there and customize your facial based on what your skin actually needs that day.

But the follow-up game is what really gets me. 10/10. They text afterward to check on your skin and will even have you come back in if you have a breakout that week.
