I’m incredibly honored to share my story and to be featured in @oursouthbay Magazine, Women’s Issue!

Deep gratitude to my good friend @tanya.monaghan for beautifully capturing my journey. 😘🙏

From building my skincare business to my love for fly fishing.

Tanya made it safe and special to share about my childhood, which truly shaped me into the professional and person I am today.

Her ability to write so eloquently captured my faith, heart and journey thru out life so perfectly!

Back from Greece and my skin was definitely showing it. 😂 Dehydrated, tired and in serious need of a little love.

So naturally, I went straight to my girl Erika at @emskinstudiola 🤍

We did a Hydrafacial + microcurrent and the difference was immediate. My skin felt hydrated again, everything looked lifted and snatched, and I finally felt like myself again.

I only wish I had taken a proper before photo because the difference was THAT good.

Sometimes the best thing we can do for ourselves is simply slow down. ✨
