We went alllll the way to Portland, OR, last month for @barre3 Summit, and of course we had to bring back a few surprises for you! ➡️➡️➡️➡️Swipe to see what we’re adding into this mix over the next few weeks, and catch the details below!

Up first: Meet the updated Long Resistance Band! — your new go-to prop for building strength, balance, and deeper core connection and control.

This new take on the long blue band adds a fresh layer of challenge to your barre3 practice and features:
✨ A soft fabric design for a comfortable grip
✨ A long-loop shape that allows for versatile movement and posture options (aka - new movement patterns to keep your mind and muscles connected!)
✨ Two resistance levels — light + medium — to meet you right where you are
✨ Easy set up for quick transitions for strength and stability work

Next: HEAVIER WEIGHTS FOR b3 Strength!
All that time under tension has really added to your strength, and we’re excited to offer heavier resistance options to keep you challenged and working towards progressive overload💪

Which prop are you excited to try first? taken in barre3 by @emsuttles11
