Our HIP HOP girls, where you at?!? 🔥

If you’ve taken class with Lisa, you know she’s always bringing the energy + the good tunes. She’s our running star... she probably already knocked out 10 miles before teaching class. 🏃‍♀️✨

Whether she’s leading you through a tough workout or hyping you up with the perfect song, Lisa knows how to make every class fun.

The formula isn’t complicated. It just requires intention + consistency.

Swipe to see what makes the Lagree Method so effective + why every slow, controlled movement has a purpose.

Meet your favorite machine, the Megaformer. Either you love it, or you’ve yet to experience it...

The Megaformer is designed to challenge your strength, stability, + control with every movement. And the best part is you don’t need to know a thing before you walk in.

Our instructors will guide you through every movement, adjust your springs, show modifications, + help you get comfortable on the machine. Just show up, + we’ll take it from there. 🤍

A lot of people know MPower, but not everyone knows how it started.

If you’ve never heard Emma’s story, Village Living shared it beautifully.
