No fancy yoga pants. No fancy moves. Not even a yoga mat. Heck I didn’t even hoover the floor!

It feels like a long time since I posted. It feels like a long time since I have moved just for me.
These natural ebs and flows within our routine and life can feel frustrating, and like we aren’t living up to our full potential.
But today I moved, and with the help of my canine companion I laughed too - you can’t see but he was nibbling my wrists in cat/cows!

People say life is about balance, to a point I agree, but I also think life is about acceptance, of where you are and what is accessible for you at that point in time. by @emyogadevon

Namaste Yogi's!
I am off taking a little break for the next 2 weeks, but will come back refreshed from the 19th August.
Most classes are covered but please check with leisure centres/studios in advance. Thursday evenings at St Agatha's Church Hall won't resume until Thursday 5th September.
Have a lovely couple of weeks, and I will see you all soon!
