[Stronger Pathways for Persons with Disabilities: From School to Work and Beyond]

Inclusion does not happen by accident. It begins with the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to learn, grow and contribute, and the conviction to turn that belief into action.

At the Inclusive Lifelong Learning Festival, I shared how we are building a lifelong support system for persons with disabilities — from their school years, through further education and into employment.

@moesingapore and SGenable are committed to continue strengthening support for students with disabilities, including through earlier work exposure & job tasters, access to job coaches, transition planning beyond school, expansion of SG Enable’s Sector Train-and-Place Programme and the extension of its training grant for selected CET courses.

I’m grateful that our employers, training partners, caregivers and service providers are journeying with us in this work. Together, we will build a Singapore where everyone, regardless of ability, can thrive.
