POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Who Is EndoCare Fund? We are a nonprofit on a mission to remove the financial roadblocks that stand between patients and the specialized surgical care they urgently need.

💛 Advanced reproductive surgery can be life-changing—especially for those suffering from endometriosis and other complex conditions causing chronic pain or infertility.

But too many are denied care simply because of cost.

🎗️ EndoCare Fund bridges the financial gap by:

✔️ Accepting Donations — Tax-exempt, IRS 501(c)(3)
✔️ Qualifying Patients — With clear steps & criteria
✔️ Connecting to Surgeons — Board-certified specialists
✔️ Paying Surgical Fees — So care can begin without delay

🛠️ How It Works

1️⃣ Patients or providers apply
2️⃣ We review medical + financial eligibility
3️⃣ Approved patients receive direct support to access surgery

At EndoCare Fund, we believe no one should be denied care because of financial hardship.

💛 Every donation helps us say YES to someone in need.

Some days, you feel strong. Other days, getting out of bed takes everything you have. Both deserve compassion.

Movement doesn’t have to mean pushing through pain or proving how much you can handle. It can be a way to reconnect with your body: to listen, rebuild trust, and meet yourself where you are.

Move Her Forward is an invitation to ask: “What does my body need today?”

Maybe it’s a walk outside, strength training, or a gentle stretch. Maybe it’s rest. Your worth isn’t measured by your workout, and honoring your limits is part of caring for yourself.

This October, let’s turn that care into an opportunity for another woman to access the care she needs.

Join Move Her Forward:

• Donate $31 through the link in our bio to support EndoCare Fund.
• Join us for 31 days of mindful movement throughout October (you can still join now!!) no time minimum, no required intensity. Listen to your body and adapt each day.
• Share your journey, tag @endocarefund, and share the challenge tracker in your stories to invite others to join.

Your donation helps fund grants paid directly to vetted endometriosis specialists to cover excision surgeon fees for women facing financial barriers to care.

You don’t need to have endometriosis to take part. You just need to believe that no woman should have to face those barriers alone.

Honor your body by moving today 💛

One billing code. Two very different approaches to endometriosis surgery.

Ablation burns or destroys lesions. Excision cuts affected tissue out, including disease beneath the surface, and allows it to be examined by pathology. Yet both can fall under the same code. That code alone doesn’t tell you how extensive the disease was or what it took to treat it.

Excision is the surgical gold standard, especially for deep endometriosis. It requires a surgeon with the skill to recognize and remove disease while protecting surrounding organs.

So why are most excision specialists out of network?

Insurance payments may not adequately reflect the time and complexity involved in these surgeries. Most specialists practice outside insurance networks because of those limitations so that they can provide the most extensive and ethical care to patients.

For women seeking help, this can mean finally finding someone who understands their disease, only to discover they cannot afford the surgeon’s fee.

After years of pain, appointments, and searching for answers, cost can become another barrier to care.

This is why EndoCare Fund exists.

We provide grants directly to vetted endometriosis specialists to help cover excision surgeon fees for eligible women who cannot afford them.

Our Move Her Forward campaign is one way you can help:

💛 Donate $31 through the link in our bio.
💛 Join us for mindful movement throughout October. No time minimum. Listen to what your body needs.
💛 Tag @endocarefund and share your tracker in your stories.

Every donation helps us work toward giving another woman access to the care she’s been searching for.

There was a time when I just wanted to feel good in my body. Today, I get to run, breathe in the fresh air, and feel grateful for how far I’ve come. 💛

Movement is one of the ways I care for myself. It gives me the space to clear my head, reconnect with my body, and spend time outside. Some days that means a run. Other days, a gentle walk or stretching. Every session counts!

That’s the heart of Move Her Forward: caring for ourselves while helping another woman access the endometriosis care she deserves.

Join us this October:
💛 Donate $31 through the link in @endocarefund’s bio.

When you finally have room to think about living instead of just getting through the day. 🌊💛

To move because it feels good. To make plans with excitement. To feel present in a beautiful moment without pain taking up all the space.

That’s why finding the right endometriosis care matters so deeply.

For me, excision surgery was life-changing. And caring for my body afterward through movement, nutrition, rest, connection, and ongoing professional support became an essential part of finding my way back to myself.

Everyone’s path looks different. Surgery may be part of yours. So may medical treatment, pelvic floor therapy, and learning which daily habits support your body. You deserve professionals who listen, take your symptoms seriously, and help you build a plan around your needs.

There is no perfect routine, and persistent symptoms are never a personal failure. You shouldn’t have to figure this out alone.

That’s the heart behind Move Her Forward: moving in honor of women who are still waiting for the care they need, and helping make that care more accessible. Through EndoCare Fund, donations help cover specialist excision surgeon fees for women facing financial barriers.

Join us this October:
💛 Donate $31 through the link in @endocarefund bio.
💛 Choose movement that feels right for your body each day: walking, stretching, strength training, yoga, or whatever meets you where you are. No time minimum.
💛 Share your tracker in your stories and tag @endocarefund to help spread the mission.

You deserve more joy. More freedom. More of you. Together, let’s help another woman move toward that possibility. 💛 by @endocarefund

One year ago on October 6th, I had endometriosis excision surgery.. and it changed my life!!

Today, I’m reflecting on how much my quality of life has improved and what it means to finally have more room to live, breathe, and feel like myself again. After everything my body had been through, having access to that care was an incredible blessing. One I will never take for granted.

But I also know that the care that changed my life is financially out of reach for so many women. Many endometriosis excision specialists are out of network with insurance, leaving patients facing surgeon fees they cannot afford.. even when they have coverage.

At @endocarefund, our mission is to those barriers through grants that cover specialist excision surgeon fees. We’re working to turn hope into access and donations into opportunities for care.

That’s the heart behind Move Her Forward. Throughout October, we’re moving with purpose for 31 days while raising awareness and funds to help more women access excision surgery.

Movement has always been such an important part of my story, and it made all the difference in my healing journey. Being able to reconnect with my body, at my own pace, meant so much after everything it had endured.

You can join us with the steps below:

💛 Donate $31 through the link in our bio.. $1 for each day of October.
💛 Commit to daily movement that feels right for your body: walking, strength training, yoga, Pilates, barre, or gentle stretching. There’s no time minimum.
💛 Share your movement and your challenge tracker in Stories, and tag @endocarefund.
💛 Invite someone to join you! You do not need to have endometriosis to participate!!

If the movement challenge isn’t for you, you can still give any amount or share our mission. Every act of generosity helps move this work forward.

One year later, my gratitude has become a purpose: helping another woman have the opportunity that changed my life.

Move for yourself. Give for her. Move Her Forward. 💛 by @endocarefund

190 million women worldwide. Each one with a story that deserves to be heard. 💛

Endometriosis affects approximately 1 in 10 women of reproductive age, yet diagnosis can take 4–12 years. It can cause debilitating pelvic pain, bowel and bladder symptoms, fatigue, infertility, and mental health challenges.

Education matters. Knowing the symptoms can help someone recognize that their pain deserves medical attention. Awareness helps us challenge the silence, advocate for answers, and remind women that they deserve to be taken seriously.

But getting an answer is only part of the journey. Affording specialized care can be another enormous hurdle.

At @endocarefund, we’re working to close that gap through education and grants that help cover excision surgeon fees for women facing financial barriers.

Join us this October for Move Her Forward:

💛 DONATE $31 using the link in our bio: in honor of the 31 days in October. You can also give any amount to support our mission.

💛 MOVE MINDFULLY each day throughout October. Walking, strength training, yoga, Pilates, barre, dancing, or stretching all count. No time minimum & listen to what your body needs!

💛 SHARE THE TRACKER in your stories and tag @endocarefund so we can cheer you on.

💛 SPREAD THE WORD by sharing this reel and inviting someone to join. You don’t need to have endometriosis to stand beside someone who does.

Your movement can start a conversation. Your donation can help make care possible. Your voice can help someone feel less alone.

Let’s move her forward, together. 💛

Years of suffering. Finally, an answer. Then another barrier: the cost of care!

Day 2 of Move Her Forward is about what happens after the diagnosis.

After years of pain, being told “you have endometriosis” can bring so much relief. Finally, a name for what you’ve been experiencing. Finally, validation!!

But when excision surgery is recommended, many women discover that the specialist they need is out of network and the surgeon’s fee is more than they can afford.

Imagine finally finding someone who can help, only to realize you don’t know how you’ll pay for it.

This is why EndoCare Fund exists. We provide education and grants that help cover excision surgeon fees for women facing financial barriers to care. Because finally having an answer should come with a path forward.

Help us move her forward this October:
💛 Donate $31 using the link in our bio.
💛 Commit to daily mindful movement: whatever feels right for your body.
💛 Share the challenge tracker in your stories and tag @endocarefund

Your movement can become part of her next step toward care

At ESSE Care, we believe women deserve expert, compassionate, and specialized care at every stage of life. Endometriosis remains underdiagnosed, under-researched, and underfunded, leaving too many women navigating chronic pain without answers or access to advanced surgical treatment.

Move With Purpose was created to bring women together through movement, conversation, and community — while directly supporting access to life-changing surgical care through the @endocarefund.

This summer, we gathered in a beautiful private garden in the Wilton, CT area for an afternoon centered around wellness, connection, and women’s health. The experience began with a Pure Barre class, followed by an intimate garden party featuring food, community connection, wellness partners, and an inspiring panel discussion with endometriosis experts and survivors.

Together, we raised awareness, fostered community, and helped more women receive the care they deserve. by @endocarefund

Endometriosis can quietly take over a life.

It can take the job you worked for.
The trip you were excited about.
The dinner you had to leave early.
The workout you couldn’t finish.
The intimacy you started to fear.
The days you spent in bed instead of with your family.
The confidence to make plans.
The hope you had for your future.

Access to expert care can mean having the opportunity to reclaim some of those things.

To work without constantly fearing the next flare.
To be present with the people you love.
To make plans without first checking your cycle.
To pursue motherhood with more information and support.
To stop spending years moving from appointment to appointment searching for someone who understands.

For some people, access to care is not simply about having a procedure.

It is about having a chance to build a life that is no longer organized around pain.

That is what your support of EndoCare fund can help make possible 💛
