Some days, you feel strong. Other days, getting out of bed takes everything you have. Both deserve compassion.

Movement doesn’t have to mean pushing through pain or proving how much you can handle. It can be a way to reconnect with your body: to listen, rebuild trust, and meet yourself where you are.

Move Her Forward is an invitation to ask: “What does my body need today?”

Maybe it’s a walk outside, strength training, or a gentle stretch. Maybe it’s rest. Your worth isn’t measured by your workout, and honoring your limits is part of caring for yourself.

There was a time when I just wanted to feel good in my body. Today, I get to run, breathe in the fresh air, and feel grateful for how far I’ve come. 💛

Movement is one of the ways I care for myself. It gives me the space to clear my head, reconnect with my body, and spend time outside. Some days that means a run. Other days, a gentle walk or stretching. Every session counts!

When you finally have room to think about living instead of just getting through the day. 🌊💛

For me, excision surgery was life-changing. And caring for my body afterward through movement, nutrition, rest, connection, and ongoing professional support became an essential part of finding my way back to myself.

Everyone’s path looks different. Surgery may be part of yours. So may medical treatment, pelvic floor therapy, and learning which daily habits support your body. You deserve professionals who listen, take your symptoms seriously, and help you build a plan around your needs.

One year ago on October 6th, I had endometriosis excision surgery.. and it changed my life!!

Today, I’m reflecting on how much my quality of life has improved and what it means to finally have more room to live, breathe, and feel like myself again. After everything my body had been through, having access to that care was an incredible blessing. One I will never take for granted.

But I also know that the care that changed my life is financially out of reach for so many women. Many endometriosis excision specialists are out of network with insurance, leaving patients facing surgeon fees they cannot afford.. even when they have coverage.

At @endocarefund, our mission is to those barriers through grants that cover specialist excision surgeon fees. We’re working to turn hope into access and donations into opportunities for care.

That’s the heart behind Move Her Forward. Throughout October, we’re moving with purpose for 31 days while raising awareness and funds to help more women access excision surgery.

Movement has always been such an important part of my story, and it made all the difference in my healing journey. Being able to reconnect with my body, at my own pace, meant so much after everything it had endured.

Years of suffering. Finally, an answer. Then another barrier: the cost of care!

Day 2 of Move Her Forward is about what happens after the diagnosis.

After years of pain, being told “you have endometriosis” can bring so much relief. Finally, a name for what you’ve been experiencing. Finally, validation!!

But when excision surgery is recommended, many women discover that the specialist they need is out of network and the surgeon’s fee is more than they can afford.

Imagine finally finding someone who can help, only to realize you don’t know how you’ll pay for it.

This is why EndoCare Fund exists. We provide education and grants that help cover excision surgeon fees for women facing financial barriers to care. Because finally having an answer should come with a path forward.

Introducing Move Her Forward: 31 days of mindful movement for the 31 days of October.

Each day, choose what your body needs. A walk, strength training, yoga, Pilates, stretching… there’s no time minimum and no pace to keep up with. Rest when you need it, too.

As we move ourselves forward, we’re raising funds for EndoCare Fund to help cover excision surgeon fees for patients facing financial barriers.

At ESSE Care, we believe women deserve expert, compassionate, and specialized care at every stage of life. Endometriosis remains underdiagnosed, under-researched, and underfunded, leaving too many women navigating chronic pain without answers or access to advanced surgical treatment.

Move With Purpose was created to bring women together through movement, conversation, and community — while directly supporting access to life-changing surgical care through the @endocarefund.

This summer, we gathered in a beautiful private garden in the Wilton, CT area for an afternoon centered around wellness, connection, and women’s health. The experience began with a Pure Barre class, followed by an intimate garden party featuring food, community connection, wellness partners, and an inspiring panel discussion with endometriosis experts and survivors.

Together, we raised awareness, fostered community, and helped more women receive the care they deserve.
