⚡️ Explosive power isn’t just for athletes it benefits everyone.

Training your lower-body power develops your glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves, helping you become stronger, faster and more efficient in your movements.

⚽️ On the pitch: improve acceleration, sprint speed, jumping and changes of direction.

🏋🏽‍♂️ In everyday life: improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility and overall fitness.

Whether you’re an athlete, gym-goer or complete beginner, there’s always something to improve.

📩 Book your FREE first PT session today and let’s start working towards your goals! 💪🏽⚡️ by @energiefitnessborough

Leg day done bright and early this morning! 💪🏾🔥

I haven’t deadlifted regularly since 2023, so it’s good to be back at it! We moved some weight even at that early hour, but there’s plenty of technique to refine, and that’s part of the journey.

After getting the longest time on the dumbbell static hold challenge, I’m looking to take my grip strength and forearms to another level.

Strong foundations, better form, and building bone density are all part of the bigger picture.

⚽️ Upper-body strength matters for footballers too.

A strong upper body helps with balance, shielding the ball, physical duels, stability and overall athletic performance while complementing speed and explosiveness on the pitch.

Train for performance AND physique. 💪⚡
