30 years ago, on Trinidad & Tobago’s Independence Day, I gave birth to my beautiful Sea @sea.etc 🇹🇹❤️

How fitting that the country she has always loved and revered so deeply became the place where she recently brought her Master’s thesis film to life.

Watching her tell stories rooted in the land and culture she loves makes this milestone even sweeter.

Happy 30th birthday, my filmmaker. 🎬❤️ And Happy Independence Day to the country that holds such a special place in her heart and mine. 🇹🇹

I feel so much pride. So much gratitude 🙏🏾 by @engineerczar

Some of the most meaningful moments don’t happen in a crowd. They happen through intentional conversations and choosing one another every day. On a recent date night at home, my husband reminded me who I am, how he sees me, and how deeply loved I am. Sometimes the greatest gift is simply being seen, affirmed, and chosen. Love grows where it’s nurtured, and we’ll always keep choosing ours. ❤️

A little caviar and a whole lotta love. ❤️

Rest is your right - not a reward.

Spend time with those you love. 🥰

Cheers to many more years of us, @engineerczar. ❤️

The greatest investment we’ll ever make is in the minds that will create tomorrow.

So proud of @engineerczar my husband, our CEO, and the entire DSS team for sponsoring this incredible STEM program at Uniformed Services University, where young innovators from military families and the surrounding communities turned bold ideas into real-world solutions.

From robotics and augmented reality to chemistry, 3D printing, and medical devices, these future leaders reminded us that innovation begins with opportunity.

Supporting the next generation is part of the legacy we hope to leave behind. Honored to be part of an organization that believes in opening doors, inspiring curiosity, and investing in the future.

33 years choosing each other… in life and in love. 🥰

We met at Howard University… a guy from the Brooklyn projects hollered at a Black immigrant girl from Trinidad and Tobago…..and from there…. it was always us.

We built a full life: companies, a family, and a life rooted in purpose. Through every high, every hard moment, health, business, life; we stayed together.

What I know for sure now?
Real partnership is about showing up. Even when showing up looks like just sitting in silence.

33 years. And I’d choose him all over again.

Happy anniversary, @engineerczar. Here’s to the next chapter. ❤️

An unforgettable two full-day adventure in Rio! 🇧🇷
From the breathtaking views at Christ the Redeemer to the iconic Sugarloaf Mountain, we explored the heart of the city, soaked in the sights, and topped it all off with an authentic Brazilian barbecue lunch 🍖🔥.

Thank you to Been Around the World Travels (BATW) for cultivating a truly life-changing experience! Special thanks to our amazing travel advisor Emily Williams @travelcultivator for seamlessly linking me to incredible local partners and unforgettable moments.

I was honored to be invited as a Shark at the Verizon Innovative Learning STEM Achievers Shark Tank Presentation!

These brilliant 6th, 7th, and 8th graders designed real-world inventions and pitched them with confidence, creativity, and vision. 💡🚀

Even more meaningful — my son and nephew are proud beneficiaries of this incredible program. Watching them and their peers shine reminded me how powerful opportunity, mentorship, and STEM education can be. 🙌🏽📚

Thank you, Dr. Jay Maiden and your team — you are changing lives. Your leadership and dedication are opening doors for generation to come.👏🏽🔥
