We were fed with a glorious variety of paintings on the theme 'Outside'. My mind immediately went to a memory, thankfully well documented on video of a day in our apartment lawn. I performed on stage to the audience of mom and Baini, the wind so loud you can only hear murmurs of a possibly made up song as I hop about. Baini was gentle and quite then, soft smiles as I asked her to come along towards the flower beds, and the pool, and the merry-go-round, mom filming us because she knew the day was precious.

Thank you @harrietlmiller Your classes have been deeply enriching ❤️ by @enigmaticexpression

There was lots to notice as I ran my first 10k with @nmdchyderabadmarathon.

A line up of heads bobbing in front of me and behind me. Dancing braids on a dancing child. A white bob acing the steeper climbs. Tonnes of neon pink. A dear volunteer massaging sore ankles. Superman and the happiest dinosaur you ever saw in the recovery grounds (After running their own crazy k's).

Thank you to every outstretched hand cheering us on with high fives, the little kids on big instruments drumming along our footsteps.

I can't comprehend just how much went behind managing such a large scale event. We all felt so taken care of. Thank you to every person working so generously for us to have such an enjoyable experience.

Using painting to process experiences has become a recurring personal practise, so I had to let out all the observations into a chaotic little painting. Thank you to all the people who inspired these shapes and colours 💜

Wonky self portrait that is more a record of my attention dancing about the face, hunting for a satisfying clinking together of shapes and exaggerating light and colour.

This was also the first real jump into my new Daniel Smith watercolours and oof am I excited to keep exploring 😍

Wee little sketch from the terrace. (I adore how the Irish talk and might just start easing my accent into theirs, so I will)
