According to Harvard University, biking at a moderate speed of 12 to 13.9 miles per hour will cause a 155-pound person to burn 298 calories in 30 minutes. At a faster rate of 14 to 15.9 miles per hour, a person of the same weight will burn 372 calories.

I’ll be releasing our signature varsity jackets soon. This brings me back to when I used to play football... it was a brotherhood and wearing these jackets meant we were part of something special. Something I would like to pay it forward.

my very first collaboration with none other than my 10 year old niece. she was always playing these dress up and fashion games on her iPad with her tiny baby hands when she was little, and now she's been doodling, and I wanna try and nurture that interest by putting out her designs.

sales and proceeds go towards art supplies for her.

many late nights.

Where do I have the energy? Many ask me that. I've never sat around to think about that. Maybe I'm used to the long late hours working in architecture.. hitting those deadlines, getting it just perfect before sending it off at 5am. I think the simple answer is just having a passion for it. When its something you enjoy doing, it doesn't feel like work. Easy.

Each shirt or piece I make is a result of the work i just put in, and that in itself hits all the right brain receptors and reward systems.

Its taken me 10 years to put this idea into action. You don't have to wait as long as me to find your passion and start the work. Its definitely hard work, but if it's what you love and you can it can support you. Just go for it.

Surround yourself with people you can rely on.

Whether it fails or not, just try.
