Chef Amy has several really fun specials planned for @ruakhwines Winemaker Wednesday tonight and while they last! Here are two:

Rogue River Blue Cheese is a World Champion cheese. It won best cheese at the 2019 World Cheese Awards in Italy, beating around 3,800 cheeses from dozens of countries. It was the first American cheese ever to win.
So yeah, We have it…. Come and get it.

Rogue River Blue Cheese: autumn milk, pear-spirit-soaked grape leaves, one release a year. With our grape-pinot jam, candied black pepper bacon, and apple. Very limited.

Our new hours start today, and that means Monday night dinner at Gravesend for the first time.

Chef Amy is kicking off our first Monday dinner service with a Monday Night Football special:

Sweet chili peanut wings with toasted sesame seeds and scallions.

Football on. Wings down. Wine and craft beer poured. We’re open until 8 PM.

Chef Amy’s Brûléed Brioche Bread Pudding with strawberry compote, sweetened ricotta, and pistachios.

New hours start September 14.

We’re opening at 11 AM every day. And for the first time, we’re testing dinner service on Monday nights, which means Gravesend is now open for dinner seven nights a week.

We picked the date on purpose. Monday Night Football kicks off September 14. Grab a seat, order a glass, and watch it with us.

Hours starting 9/14:
Monday through Thursday + Sunday: 11 AM to 8 PM
Friday + Saturday: 11 AM to 9 PM

Chef Amy Baer’s kitchen doesn’t skip a beat. Same food. Same wine. Same Gravesend. Just more of it.

Tonight’s the night.

Chef Amy is making Olive Tapenade “Tartare” for tonight’s Tercero Wines winemaker event, and we’re not making any promises about how long this one will stick around.

Chives, sieved egg, mustard seeds, crème fraîche, crispy capers, lemon EVOO, and focaccia toasts. Savory, briny, creamy, crispy, and seriously good.

It hits the specials menu tonight. If you want to try it, we wouldn’t wait.

Have you ever wanted to eat a soft, delicious chocolate chip cookie the size of a hockey puck?

Of course you have.

Our homemade cookies are big, thick, loaded, and we can serve it warm! Crispy around the edges, soft and gooey where it counts.

It’s a little ridiculous in the best possible way.

Here is the line up for Wednesdays’s tasting at @gravesendpaso in Paso Robles! We’re excited to pour a wonderful d eclectic mix of some of the wines we make:

2025 Sparkling Chenin Blanc
2017 Grenache Blanc
2023 Nouveau Mourvèdre (carbonic and chilled)
2023 Counoise
2015 Syrah - White Hawk Vineyard

ALL of these wines are showing beautifully - and you’ll have a chance to do a flight, a couple of glasses, or purchase a bottle or SIX to bring home and enjoy later!

We’re also excited to have our wines poured alongside @epicureansb’s unreal culinary creations!
