Silky chocolate mousse that’s dairy-free, gluten-free and gut-friendly 🍫
Healthy never tasted this good 😉

Comment “CHOCOLATE MOUSSE” and I’ll send you the recipe by @epiphanys.kitchen

Gluten-free, dairy-free chocolate protein cake in 6 minutes.
50+ grams of protein dressed up as desert 😉
No flour, 4 ingredients, and it tastes like the real thing.

Comment CAKE and I’ll send you the recipe 🤎 by @epiphanys.kitchen

Everyone at my restaurant knows by now that I have a thing against brown food 😂💩

But this one? The taste is a 10/10, btw 👌🏼

This healthy, gluten-free, dairy-free chocolate mousse is my favourite little luxury for a Netflix & chill night 😇 by @epiphanys.kitchen

8-minute mango shrimp aguachile: the gluten-free dinner that tastes like a vacation 🥭

Why does this plate taste so alive? It hits every flavor note at once. Save this so you can use it on any dish:

🥭 Sweet: ripe mango
🍋 Sour: fresh lime
🌶️ Heat: just a little chili
🧂 Salt: to wake everything up
🥒 Contrast: crunchy cucumber against creamy avocado ( optional to add avocado here 😉)

This is exactly how I cook, at home and at Epiphany’s Kitchen: gluten-free, dairy-free, anti-inflammatory, and never boring. Healthy food should still make you excited for dinner.

Save this for your next grey day 🌧️

The problem with eating out gluten-free? These 3 orders are where most people get “glutened” without knowing it.

I run two 100% gluten-free restaurants. So I know exactly what happens behind a kitchen door.

1. Fries. Unless the fryer is gluten-free only, they share oil with breaded food.
2. Creamy soups and sauces. Often thickened with wheat flour.
3. “Gluten-free” bread toasted on the same grill as regular bread.

Not judging any kitchen. It’s just what I check, every single time.

And it’s exactly why everything at @epiphanys.kitchen in Ghent and Antwerp is gluten-free.
Nothing to check, just eat. 😉

Which one surprised you? 👇 by @epiphanys.kitchen

“Healthy food has to be boring.” Not in our kitchen. 🤎

This tiramisu is proof that GF, DF & anti-inflammatory can still mean creamy, indulgent and full of flavour.

A little creativity changes everything. ✨

Save this for the next time dinner tastes “fine” but not amazing. Part 2 is coming: the flavor balancers I always keep in my kitchen 🍋 by @epiphanys.kitchen

A 100% gluten-free tasting menu in Antwerp, and my husband didn’t need to eat after 🌿 Here’s where we went 👇

I told my husband we were having a gluten-free, plant-forward dinner. He asked if we could eat after.

Then we walked into Epiphany’s Kitchen in Antwerp. The whole kitchen is completely gluten-free, and vegetables are the main event.

We did their tasting menu, “Share an Epiphany.” It comes in two versions, so we ordered one of each:

🌱 Plant-forward: leek sushi with mango cream, celeriac carpaccio with spiced chickpea cream

🐟 Farm & sea: a rosette of sea bass with pickled ginger, finely sliced veal with tuna sauce and capers

🥟 Then both meet at the handmade red beet ravioli

Before that, everyone shares the starters: cashew “cheesy” croquettes, a shiitake trilogy and roasted carrots with chimichurri.

📍 Epiphany’s Kitchen, Reyndersstraat 18, Antwerp (also at Burgstraat 10, Ghent)
🍽 “Share an Epiphany” tasting menu: €73.40 plant-forward / €77.20 farm & sea, per person
🌾 100% gluten-free kitchen · vegan option available

🔖 Save this for Antwerp, and send it to the friend who’s gluten-free.
