8-minute mango shrimp aguachile: the gluten-free dinner that tastes like a vacation 🥭

Why does this plate taste so alive? It hits every flavor note at once. Save this so you can use it on any dish:

🥭 Sweet: ripe mango
🍋 Sour: fresh lime
🌶️ Heat: just a little chili
🧂 Salt: to wake everything up
🥒 Contrast: crunchy cucumber against creamy avocado ( optional to add avocado here 😉)

This is exactly how I cook, at home and at Epiphany’s Kitchen: gluten-free, dairy-free, anti-inflammatory, and never boring. Healthy food should still make you excited for dinner.

Save this for your next grey day 🌧️

Turns out food was the missing piece.
Fixing my gut helped me become me again... and yes, that’s how you end up opening two restaurants. 🫣

Anti-inflammatory eating isn’t about what you give up. It’s about how good you feel after.

What I want from every meal:
✓ Steady energy, no 3 pm crash
✓ A clear head instead of brain fog
✓ Feeling light and strong, not bloated
✓ Flavor I genuinely look forward to

Most guests at my restaurant, @epiphanys.kitchen don’t even realize their plate is gluten-free and dairy-free.
They just know it tastes good. That’s the point. 🤗

With my method I cook healthy, anti-inflammatory food that’s full of flavor, so eating well feels like something you get to do, not something you have to do. 😉 by @epiphanysmethod

Nothing.

I opened two restaurants instead. 😉

Gluten-free and dairy-free was never the boring part. Bland food was.

So I built two gluten- and dairy-free restaurants around one rule: flavor and quality first!
Color, creativity and something fresh on every plate. 🥗

Now I’m bringing that way of cooking to your kitchen. 🤗
Anti-inflammatory, gluten-free, dairy-free recipes that are anything but boring.

Be honest: what’s the most boring “healthy” meal you’ve ever been served? 👇 by @epiphanysmethod

Everyone at my restaurant knows by now that I have a thing against brown food 😂💩

But this one? The taste is a 10/10, btw 👌🏼

This healthy, gluten-free, dairy-free chocolate mousse is my favourite little luxury for a Netflix & chill night 😇 by @epiphanysmethod

Gluten-free, dairy-free and still bloated?
That was me. 😅

I’d cut gluten and dairy, but my cupboard was full of free-from products with long lists of starches, gums and emulsifiers.

My 10-second label check:
→ More than 5 ingredients? Look twice.
→ Can’t picture an ingredient? Put it back.
→ Starches, gums or sugar near the top? Not for me.
→ Shortest list on the shelf wins.

This is what works for me, not a rule.
But swapping processed free-from food for real food made the biggest difference to my bloating.

Feel free to send this to a friend who’s GF, DF and still bloated 😉 by @epiphanysmethod
