We're looking for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for running day-to-day financial operations for @equalityfed and building systems that strengthen our financial infrastructure so we can keep showing up for our members.

We're also seeking a Grants Manager who will grow and steward the institutional funding that sustains our work and the work of our state partners — authoring the proposals and reports that effectively translate our organizing, advocacy, and leadership development to funders.

We’re so excited to introduce you to the newest members of our state partner network: inTRANSitive (Arkansas) and Our Family Coalition (California)! 🏳️‍⚧️ 🏳️‍🌈

@Intransitive.ar works to advance the cause of trans liberation in Arkansas through art, education, advocacy, organizing, and culture in order to create effective systemic change and on-the-ground impact. They focus on supporting and building the leadership of trans people with the commitment to a vision and strategy rooted in the grassroots experience of trans migrants of color.

Based in California, @ofcoalition advances equity for the full and expanding spectrum of LGBTQ+ families and children through support, education, and advocacy. OFC seeks to create an inclusive and just world where all LGBTQ+ families and children have visibility and opportunities to thrive as valued participants in our schools, institutions, and communities.

We're excited to share our new HIV Policy Campaign Guide for State Advocates, created in partnership between @usplhiv & @equalityfed. 📑

People living with HIV have always been at the forefront of our interconnected movements—for queer and trans liberation, for ending the HIV epidemic, and for community safety outside of the criminal legal system. In this moment of repression and scarcity, our leadership is more essential than ever. That's why we teamed up with @usplhiv to create a guide for state advocates working to modernize their state's approach to HIV, with a focus on ending HIV criminalization. 🗣️

We’re wrapping up this year’s Leadership Conference feeling energized, inspired, and full of gratitude for the people who are the beating heart of this movement. 💫

Centered around the theme, “Constellations of Care: Mapping our Futures,” this week reminded us what’s possible when we share space together. We spent our days strategizing, connecting, and learning alongside visionary leaders from across the LGBTQ+ movement, and the power of community was truly felt throughout our time together. This week was a powerful reminder that our strength lies in each other because when we organize together, we build pathways towards liberation for all.

Thank you to @freestatejustice for welcoming us so warmly to your home state of Maryland. And thank you to every attendee, speaker, sponsor, staff member, board member, volunteer, and to every person who helped bring this conference to life. You made this week unforgettable, and we can't wait to see y'all again IRL next year!
