One of the best reasons to visit Greece:

The delicious food! 😋 from mousaka to the feta cheese on the salads, to the pitas gyros to the delicious baklava! There's so much to try on, and everything's so fresh and yummy!

We went to some great taverns in Corfu, but if I had to choose just one, it would be Salt and Pepper in Sidari, we went there twice, and the food was consistently great, besides the free fresh bread and appetizer. 🤭😋

One of our favorite places in Corfu 😍 no filters! Just look at the color of that water! 💙🩵

📍𝐊𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢 𝐭𝐨𝐮 𝐄𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐚, 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐟𝐮, 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐜𝐞 🇬🇷

Perfect for something I love, cliff jumping 🤩 lost the count of how many jumps! The water is cristal clear and the best part?!? There's actually a tunnel to swim through! No photos of that here, I still have to check if the GoPro got something from there since it was blocking/freezing a lot 🫠🥲

The water temperature was perfect - we were here on the 4th of October 🥰 perfect place for hubby's birthday 😜 There's a lot of bars and restaurants along the cost line here, we end up in one of them where you can use the pool and loungers if you eat/drink there.

I can't imagine how crowded it gets during the peak of summer, though 😅

🚗 There's a paid parking lot right next to it, 10€ a day, but if you go early or low season like us, you get free parking along the road 😉

📍𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐨, 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐥 🇵🇹

First time visiting this beautiful place in my country 🥰 perched on a hill near the Spanish border, it offers spectacular views and a unique medieval atmosphere ❤️

I loved every little alley and all the houses nestled on the rocks! It was quite difficult to choose the photos to put here 😅 I loved them all!

The village is one of Portugal's Historic Villages and was used as one of the filming locations for The House of the Dragon (I'm a fan, so I was extra happy for visiting 🤭😆). Almost expected to bump into Daemon Targaryen while there 😜

We got there at the end of the day, so it wasn't super busy, but by the looks of parking payment machines everywhere, I guess it can get very crowded 👀 also, 36°C at 7pm in August 🥵 but with many cute little places for a cold drink 🍸

Have you been? Do you plan to visit? It's definitely worth it ❤️

Bucket list experience unlocked 🔓 🤩

𝐒𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐟𝐫𝐚 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 🤿

📍𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐟𝐫𝐚 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞, 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐫 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤, 𝐈𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 🇮🇸

This fissure is a crack between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates. It's a geologically unique place and home to some of the clearest water in the world 💧 The water was at a "delightful" temperature of 2°C 🥶 I’ve never felt my hands get so cold! 😅

We’ve snorkeled a lot in warm waters, but this was a first in the cold and with a dry suit! I was skeptical, but it really works 😁

We booked the activity with @trollexpeditions directly on their website. It was an investment, but so worth it! A once-in-a-lifetime experience—literally, because I’m in no rush to be that cold again 😅 We had a warm van to change in, our guide James was great, and we ended the day with hot chocolate and treats 😋 Bonus: they include photos! We thought about taking the GoPro, but we were glad we didn't—our hands were so numb, and the gloves were so thick, it would’ve been impossible to use!

📍𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭 𝐋𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐧, 𝐈𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 🇮🇸

•Known as "Gamla Laugin" (old pool), is Iceland's oldest natural geothermal spa, located in the village of Flúðir. It's less crowded and way cheaper than Blue Lagoon, and considering this was a family holiday (7 of us), a way better option.

•While you will pay more than 75£ per person at Blue Lagoon, here the ticket costs 27£ with the added bonus that seniors pay only 20£ and children only 1,50£ 🎟

•The water was perfect, warm, clean, rich in sulfur, and stayed at 38-40°C (all year round!)

•We stayed 2 to 3 hours there, and it was super relaxing 😌 even with 4°C outside 🥶 you have access to lockers and showers with shower gel and hair conditioner. There's also a bar and cafeteria on site.

⚠️ Important! In any of the lagoons, Blue Lagoon, Sky Lagoon, or this one, you MUST shower naked before going in! To maintain the water quality, since they don't add any chemicals. Don't do like some people who simply rinse themselves quickly. I've read that in some lagoons, they have people checking if you shower 👀

❤️ A place worth visiting if you ever visit Iceland!
