I’M RUNNING FOR SIU HOMECOMING ROYALTY!

Hey everyone, I am excited to announce that I have been named to the 2026 SIU Homecoming Court and will be running for Royalty.

For those of you that I have yet to meet, I am a senior studying Agricultural Education with a minor in Agribusiness Economics. Getting to represent and promote my Southern Illinois home through leadership and recruiting roles has been the highlight of my time at SIU, and I see Homecoming Royalty as a final opportunity to do just that!

Consider this your formal invitation to follow along during the coming weeks as the campaign continues. Thanks for the support. The fun is just beginning!

Just lived out of a suitcase for 363 days. It was awesome.

Illinois FFA (you won’t believe this), I really don’t know what to say about this past year. It was more than I could’ve ever expected or asked for, and I am so glad that I got to wrap it up with 6,000 of my closest friends. Thank you for everything.

Uh still not sure what to say…

Serving as the Section 21 President this past year was an experience of a lifetime. I’m so thankful for all of my teammates who made the year one I’ll never forget. Though hanging up that jacket is bitter sweet, I am so excited to get to serve this organization for one more year. Thank you, Illinois FFA, for having faith in me and electing me to the position of State Vice President! I can’t wait to see where this new opportunity will take me! by @eric__wisely
