No one said that me and @eric_langlois_212 were smart . I can tell you one thing, @realitytraining.nashua is a gym that supports each other and has each other’s backs. This is pure example of the entire gym watching what we were doing. We love setting the tone and showing everyone that even the old heads can push each other and there’s not a better training partner that I would ask for than him. Never in million years that I think I would have 12 plates on each side of an original Cybex pushing it for double digit reps (thanks @coach.gabriel.alfa )but here we are. Motto and motive of the story if you think you can do something, you can don’t hold back train your balls off and you’re gonna do things that you never thought were possible. (Even if sometimes they’re dumb.) 😂

@eric_lapointe024 dialing it in 10 days out from his first bodybuilding show which will be the @jaycutler classic in Boston, he’s been absolutely crushing it since we started working together only 15 months ago, the transformation of his physique has been absolutely insane and possibly one of the most dramatic ones I’ve been apart of as a coach, very excited for him to get on that stage ‼️
I also gotta give a huge shoutout to @eric_langlois_212 for all the help with Eric’s posing, guidance and pretty much being like a second coach to Eric, Which he has done for me with a lot of my clients but definitely more so with Eric , I know how instrumental he’s been in Eric’s success 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Proud is an understatement! Evan went 6-1 at states and ended up 3rd for 118 lbs. He may not have placed where he wanted or accomplished the goal he set for himself, but 3rd in the state, in only his 2nd year wrestling is nothing to hang your head about!

This kid had everything going against him this year- between his broken finger/knuckle which had him out for 3+ weeks and then the passing of his papa, I would not have blamed him one bit to call the season over. But thats not his nature. He used it all as fuel, just like this "loss" - he is more determined than ever and will continue to train hard and push himself. Season is far from over!!

Huge THANK YOU to the ones in his corner - that continue to believe in him and push him - Merrimack Coach Colin and the Empire crew (Coach Sam, Coach Alex, Coach Scott and Coach Trevor)!!

Who will be taking home our first ever @realitytrainingco Most Muscular Award at the 2026 NPC Rhode Island Championships?

This award has a lot of history dating back to the 90s where Reality Owner Eric Langlois won it at what was once the 1998 NPC Rhode Island Classic. (See his in the last photo to the right).

Let’s see some muscle on May 30th!
