Not going to lie food is a struggle this process is hard. Watching my body grow is a mind fuck...I know it is a good thing but the fat girl that used to live here says STOP we don't want this again so I have to fight her. I know that is what i want and the end results are going to be amazing. This process is definitely not for the weak minded and I was reminded of that this morning. So i will put my big girl panties on and suck it up. I have what it takes and I will accomplish my GOALS!!!

DAY 122…

Last lift of this prep! Full upper followed by 20min incline walk. Touched up posing after. Protein is down. A little more carbs and fat coming in for my last meal. Water was up today, flushing myself out. Hopefully wake up dry. Another full body shave that took forever.

Fasted weight: 216.4

The main struggle with this sport of bodybuilding is you won't ever achieve the perfection you strive for. You set goals... you chase them... you reach them. Then you proceed to dissect every last detail of what you still don't like and what needs to be improved.

Looking back and seeing where I was 2 years ago to now is quite the difference, but all I can focus on in this moment is how I have so much work to do, just to reach the next level, LET ALONE be elite in this sport.

The mental mind fuck is a lot for most to handle, and why so many give up on this sport after only beginning. This is something you can't do here and there like a hobby and think you can be successful. This is 24/7, 365. It never stops. Everything is calculated and planned and measured.

20 years ago I started this journey with a dream of becoming pro, and I lost myself along the way. But now, I've re-discovered what I once knew I wanted. The pressures of this sport won't break me a second time. This time around I know what I'm fighting for. 🏆
