🦏 Finally got some more stage shots in. This is the second time I’ve done this show, brought a better package than the first time and placed 5th instead of second. Just goes to show even at your best you can still lose.
Now we focus on the future. 53 weeks out. #LFG

🦏 Absolutely my best look to date. Didn’t get first but ended up with 5th and a qualifying for next year. Excited to get back to the drawing board and bring something even better next year. Improvement season loading…

🦏 Honored to be the first ever Mr. Big.
When I moved here back in June I knew exactly where I would be training and even strategically moved close enough to it.
Shoutout to @boise.iron.gym for such a fun event.
@blackstone_labs for the supplement support and @team_courtney_coaching for riding with me. @shutupandsuffer for the gym swag.

🦏 This one’s for the homies. Being there throughout this entire prep and showing up for the amateur ⭕️. Whether training, reaching out, checking in or just shooting the shit, when I relocated to Vegas back in 2022, These guys have been in my corner and have had my back. Even now, relocating again, the bond through bodybuilding still goes strong. These are my brothers. 💪🏻🫶🏻

Special shoutout at the end with some old photos for my coach @team_courtney_coaching who couldn’t attend in person but has been there and coached me through all the ups and downs.
@demonte.berk for when he left in 2024. We’ve still kept in touch and kept our friendship strong.

🦏 Just a #transformationtuesday
First pict - 2015 first ever show at 176 to 2026 200(onstage)
Second pic - 2016 186lbs.
11 and 10 years apart. Amazing how much time and effort has already been put into this. And the goal has still not been achieved. More room to grow, more time to dedicate.

Big shoutout to @team_courtney_coaching for bringing me to where I am today. And @blackstone_labs for supplying me with the best supplements for almost 2 years.
