Amateur Olympia was epic ! Here are some 🔥 shots from the last few days. There’s no other coach I’d want in my corner. Lacey and I are the dream team and the Pasty Prince is officially under construction 🚧

And just like that we’re 12 weeks post show and rebound is pretty much wrapped up. Weight is 225.4lbs. Which considering how lean we stayed, this is by far the leanest I have ever been at this weight before. Monthly check-ins to come instead of weekly. Only the beginning. Now the real fun starts! Everyday we keep pushing! #bodybuilding #npcmensphysique #fitnessmotivation #offseason #timetogetbig

Ube-lievable maple bar - seasonal flavor and this one is SWEET! Base is a brown butter, brown sugar maple cookie dough layered with the BTS Oreos and topped with an Ube cookie dough sprinkled with white chocolate chips!

Where are all my Ube lovers at? This to me tastes like Ube Brown Sugar pancakes 😍

DM to order!

all right, everyone get excited for the inaugural Mr. BIG bodybuilding championship for the title of Mr. Boise. This is gonna be an epic event. We would love as many people to participate as possible. You do not have to be the biggest or the most Ripped. This is just a fun event to show off your muscles and get the crowd pumped. Awards for the top three replacing and also something very cool and old school, win an award for best poser, best arms, best legs, best back. You will not want to miss this awesome event.

Message me for an entry form or they are available at Boise Iron or Jax nutrition. This is free to enter.

Continue this week strong so you can finish strong!
Getting back up is bigger than the fall. When it seems like the cards are stacked against you that is a sign to be at your strongest.
Find it deep within you and remember that no one but yourself will do it for you.
Tuesdays are all about STRENGTH💪💪
