Being in tune with your inner guidance can look and feel like many different things to different people. One way I feel in tune is when there is an ease and a flow that becomes a dance that is joyful to engage in. There is safety to feel what you feel, support to move how you want to move and arms to carry what you need to release.

Through this @spinalenergetics journey and practice I have connected with some very special human beings. Carolyn @inbodyinpowerreiki is one of those special spirits I’m so grateful to know and call a friend and colleague. Our work with, and support for each other has taught me so much about myself and trusting the process. It is one of the most incredible things about the collective energetic overlap - the collaborative healing opportunity for growth for all who surrender and accept the guidance of their inner wisdom.

One of my favourite farming memories with my kids when they were young. Just powering through and doing everything I wanted to do with the load of motherhood just there hanging off me. I can see my body taking a beating in this photo, but my mind and creative drive is overflowing. I now look at this photo with fondness but it also informs me on how important balance is, as my body feels its age.

I honestly don’t have a very clear picture in my mind about how those years with young kids was. I have an overall positive recollection of the energy it has maintained in my body, but when I see photos, I attach storylines that inform much of my present day memory.

That is the power of photography and storytelling. And the importance of positive memories. If the building blocks are positive, then our foundation and trajectory has a good chance of being positive. by @ericachan37
